Do you accept walk-ins?

Not presently. This is a private studio and tattoos are currently by appointment only.

This ensures total focus on you with no risk of interruption during your appointment.

How do I book an appointment?

If you scroll down, there will be a booking form for you to fill out in order to schedule your consultation.

How should I prepare for my tattoo?

It is important to arrive well-rested, well-fed, well-hydrated, and clean. If you are able to, please shave the area to be tattooed. Please note that if you arrive sunburned or drunk, you will forfeit your appointment and deposit.

What is your Minumum? Hourly Rate?

My minimum is $400. If you only want a small tattoo - consider a bigger tattoo you would like and we can to the smaller tattoo for a slightly discounted additional rate.

The cost of your tattoo will be $200/hr. This includes the design, supplies, shop fees, taxes, and the memories we will create together.

This is subject to change as services and skill set improve.

Continuing education is a priority in my budget.

What happens to my deposit?

Your deposit will be applied to the final price of the tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, it will be applied to the last session. Please note that if you fail to show up for your appointment, cancel or reschedule with less than a week's notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

How Long Does it Take to Heal?

Most tattoos are ready for swimming, baths, and general daily exposure with minimal maintenance within two weeks of the appointment.

Can I see a drawing or sketch before my appointment?

No, I do not provide sketches or drawings before the appointment. If you have any doubts about my ability to execute your design, please do not book with me. We will review the design together on the day of your appointment and make any necessary modifications.

What should I wear for my tattoo?

Wear clothing that does not obstruct access to the area being tattooed. Comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting ink or blood on are also preferred.

Whats the temperature in the studio?

Our shop runs a little on the colder side. The suites we stay in are usually set at 69 degrees. Feel free to bring a sweatshirt, comfy socks, a blanket, and a pillow. Think sleep-over minus the toothbrush.

Which spots on the body hurt the most?

Everyone is different, but you can generally expect that areas with thin skin, or are close to bone are generally going to be more intense in their sensations.

Common hot spots (from top to bottom) are as follows: scalp, face, collar bones & neck, sternum, armpit, ribs, elbow area (front & back), wrists and fingers (especially knuckles), stomach, genitals, under butt cheeks, inner thighs, knee area (front & back), feet & toes.

Do you do cover-ups, blast-overs, or touch ups of old tattoos.

Yes, however it's a case by case basis. I never guarantee that I can help everyone achieve their tattoo dreams, but I will always refer capable friends in the industry if I can't do it.

What to Consider for Design and Placement?

If you are unsure of what designs or subject matter to include -- just sit and think about things that light your soul on fire. It can be anything.

For placement -- the more intricate the design, the bigger we should go. Going smaller for tattoos is never advised -- always go bigger.

Can I bring a guest?

The studio is presently a cozy 85 square feet, so a second guest is acceptable PROVIDED I get a heads up minimum of 24 hours before your appointment.

For your comfort - if you need another person present, I won't refuse, but I always prefer to know the head count to be properly prepared.

Can I bring my children or pet to my appointment?

No, under no circumstance. Children and pets are not allowed in the tattoo studio. Please reschedule your appointment.

(Exception: You have a documented service animal)

Do you tattoo minors or pregnant / nursing mothers?

No to all of the above. If you have any follow up questions please feel free to reach out via email: sinjeezustattoo@gmail.com

Do you perform any other services?

Not presently. However in the future I am to add both Massage Therapy, and Reiki Energy Healing to my repetoir.

My question isn't on here!

Send me an e-mail at sinjeezustattoo@gmail.com and I'll be happy to answer it for you.

Aftercare Instructions

Getting a tattoo is not just about the inking process, proper aftercare is crucial for ensuring the tattoo heals well and retains its color and definition.

  • 1

Keep the bandage on for at least 2-3 hours after getting tattooed. After that, gently remove the bandage and wash the tattoo with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Pat dry with a clean towel or paper towel.

  • 2

Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free, non-petroleum based ointment or moisturizer on the tattoo. Avoid using products that contain alcohol, fragrance, or other irritants, as these can damage the tattoo and slow down healing.

  • 3

Keep the tattoo covered with a clean, breathable bandage or clothing for the next 2-3 days. Avoid submerging the tattoo in water, including swimming pools, hot tubs, and oceans.

  • 4

Once the tattoo is no longer covered, continue to apply moisturizer to the tattoo as needed to keep it hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and UV rays, as they can cause fading and discoloration of the tattoo.

  • 5

Avoid picking or scratching the tattoo, as this can cause infection and damage to the tattoo.

  • 6

If you notice any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, or discharge, contact a healthcare professional immediately.

  • 7

Keep in mind that a tattoo is a wound, and it will take time to heal. The healing process can take up to 4 weeks, and during this time, the tattoo may appear raised and itchy. Do not scratch or pick at the tattoo, as this can cause damage and delay the healing process.

  • 8

Avoid exposing the tattoo to excessive heat, such as saunas or steam rooms.

  • 9

Be mindful of the tattoo while exercising and doing other activities, as sweating and friction can irritate the tattoo.
